Very nice souvenir shop with a large closed room in the back where the bags are stored. Also very easy retrieval!

Experience was good. I would use them again Very close to where we were staying. One of the staff indicated they were closed when the sign showed otherwise. Not sure what that was about.

Other than trying to find the place which we did have a hard time, they were wonderful to deal with, especially when my travel partner needed to pick up one bag and leave one.

The staff was not that nice, but that's ok. The backpacks were stored on the top of the refrigerator; quite safe I would say. The service is quite expensive, but it worth it.

We made a full day reservation for our bags. They were at the main port and easy to find. We just showed them the QR code from the email attachment we received. They took pictures of the bags we gave them, and kept them there for us. To get them back, we just had to show them the QR code again. Very easy and conveniently located.
