警告：此处并不存在。我曾在此预订了每周两次的行李寄存服务，当时一切顺利。但路线指引极其模糊，地图上显示的只是公寓楼外的一个停车场。出发前一晚，我焦急地四处寻找列表中提到的店铺，却一无所获。在线客服没有回应。手机号码不存在。我找到了一个邮箱地址，但发了一封邮件后，对方只回复说“很抱歉，我们会全额退款”。看来这家店已经关门了，却没有通知他们。请不要使用Radical Storage。附言：该服务在网站上仍然显示为可用。简直难以置信。

WARNING this place does not exist. After booking a 2x week bag drop here, without issues. The directions were extremely vague. It shows a car park outside apartments. The night before my trip i was frantically searching to try to find the shop it lists, with no luck. Live chat was not responding. Mobile number doesn't exist. Found an email. Only to be told 'we are sorry we will give a full refund ' after another email, it appears to have closed without telling them. Do not use radical storage. P,s.. it's still live on the website. Unbelievable.
