It was pretty easy. It is inside a mini market/convenience store. I thought you only needed the ticket stubs to claim but they also needed to QR code. Not a big deal I just had to find the email again. The guy was helpful and nice. He was also very careful to make sure I had the right bags.

It was OK. Downsides: With storage in convenience stores etc it's not very clear how secure the luggage is. And with the timed slots, the process lacks guidance on how much leeway there is for drop-off and pick-up time. Should I select the nearest time before or after I intend to drop-off or collect? What happens if I'm early or late? They then sell you a 'flexible' option as an add-on for ease-of-mind. But in part the need for that is only created by the lack of clarity on the regular timings.
