即使联系了贵公司的客服人员和周围的人，我还是完全找不到那个储物处。 我按照你们地图上的指示走了大约40分钟，结果那里根本没有储物处。虽然钱退了，但我却在炎热的天气里白白浪费了时间，最后还不得不把大件行李带进足球场，并向工作人员解释原因。
I couldn’t find the storage place at all even contacting with your customer service person and people around. I took about 40 minutes walking around by your direction on the map. I n the end there was no storage there. Of course I got money refunded but I wasted my time under hot weather and I end up I had to take my big luggage into the football stadium explaining the reason.
