Searched you on internet following recommendation and relatively easy to book and pay with useful locations map etc. Dropped off luggage no problem at shop which was a post office. Confirmed time we would return to collect with man behind counter who said he would be there when we returned at 4.15pm. However when we did return at that time shop was shut with note on door would be back soon. Two other local people then turned up and were also surprised shop shut. I used your chat facility to see what could be done but only reply received was please call shop owner. Not very useful as we had no contact details for the shop owner. This needs to be improved. Thankfully he returned but not until after 4.30pm and we needed to get to the airport for our flight. Suggest you need to make this clear to premises you use that not being there at agreed luggage pick up time is not good enough. Also the local people expressed their displeasure with him as well !

Great and easy. Our drop was at a post office.
