The storage is just a room and you can pay extra for a locked cabinet but it doesn’t fit a suitcase I complained as I’d booked two bags and was nervous about leaving them but as it was only a few hours the woman at reception looked after them for me

网上预订很容易，也很顺利，但当我把行李放到地下室时，我发现行李其实并没有受到很好的保护。当我回来取行李时，有人从门外进来，我也没有出示二维码什么的。因此，在这里偷东西简直易如反掌。工作人员也没有表现出很大的兴趣。总的来说还可以，但在行李安全方面可以做得更多一些。

The booking online was easy and went well but once I dropped my luggage downstares in the basement, I noticed that it was not really so protected. When I came back to get my luggage, someone came through the door and I didnt have to show the QR code or anything. So it would be quit easy to steal something here. Staff didnt show a lot of interest as well. Overall ok, but there could be done a bit more for the safety of the luggage.

Soweit hat alles reibungslos geklappt & die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit. Allerdings gibt es keine Treppen.
