Just used the service today. I booked online and was able to deposit my luggage from 11am to 7pm for 7€. The location on Google Maps was missleading and not accurate. Fortunately, we called the assistance number after few messages with the chatbot and we were able to get someone on the phone who bring us to the actual location (was 50meters from the google map pin...). She was so sweet, scanned the qrcode from the onlin booking. And that's it. Super experience thank you.
