It is inside the hotel, not signposted, so you have to know that to find it. But otherwise easy and smooth. You need either the app or the website to use the service. It charges you by the day (it was about 6.75 francs). It was only matter of seconds to drop off and to collect the luggage.

Excellente expérience à Lausanne. Application simple. Efficace et surtout quel bonheur de pouvoir déposer ses bagages en toute sécurité à proximité de la gare et be pas s'embarasser de bagages pour une courte visite de la ville. C'était dans un hôtel ce qui est idéal car large plage horaire et procédure très sécurisée. Je renouvellerai l'expérience dans mes prochains déplacements.

This is a good service at an affordable price. It was easy to do online and drop off and pick up were very quick. The only unclear thing was that it is actually inside the Hotel Continental, unlike other baggage drops that are separate entities. But the people at the desk were very helpful and nice.

The place was great to leave my bag the whole day, and the attention of the personal was magnific. I will totally recommend it.
