希思罗机场 3 号航站楼 行李寄存

The service was satisfactory. However, the wrong luggage was given to us one out of three luggages. Staff should be more careful, particularly when assisting customers who are in a hurry.

Location was difficult to find and airport workers not familiar with location either. Prepaid on line but waited 40-45 mins in line while 1 person was helping several people in lineages had not rebooked. Again on retrieval of bags. Waiting in line for 20 mins while 1 worker helping others. Once my bag got there she proceeded to drag it across the floor to me. I’m 60 years old and have to wear that backpack which included fragile equipment ( laptop and camera equipment) that you know was there

I used this luggage storage during my trip and the experience was really convenient. The location was easy to find and the drop-off process only took a couple of minutes. The staff were polite and professional, and I felt comfortable leaving my bags there while I explored the area. It felt secure and well organized. Compared to other options, this was simple and affordable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs short-term luggage storage.

Great service and nice people.
