I was worried about this service but the storage on 44 Poland Street at a shop called Refill was fantastic, staff friendly and polite, provided a ticket number for me to return to them as proof and locked my 2 suitcases and an extra handbag in a separate room altogether. They also checked QR codes upon arrival and leaving. Made me feel like we were in safe hands. Thank you!

Booking for 2 bags was super easy. Our location was a short walk from Paddington station Signage was a little difficult to see when we got to the storage location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would use this luggage storage again!
