Was a bit dubious to start with about this storage concept, but decided if I wasn’t happy I wouldn’t use it and worse case scenario I’d have only lost £6.75. I’d already checked out where this location was online once I’d paid - that’s a little annoying as you’re not sure how easy/convenient it is to get to until you’ve paid. However it was good just a 12 min walk from my event. Location was at a gym under a hotel (again I was a little dubious about this but thought let’s try it and if I’m not happy I’ll just walk away.) Got to the venue and once I’d walked all the way round the building which was locked I found the gym entrance. Walked in and was greeted by one of the owners who knew immediately I was looking to check my suitcase in. This was done efficiently, photo was taken of my case and I was in and out within minutes to get back to my event. Pick up was a piece a cake a few hours later. All in all, great service, cost effective and would use and recommend this website for future storage needs across London. Great concept! Well done! Highly recommend!
