The system to recover the luggage is a little surprising, but the vendor was available and dropoff and recovery were quick.

Very efficient, but the guy in the shop was a bit brusque, and asked us to wait outside the shop, which felt a bit rude. We were expecting lockers not just a cupboard where he shoved the bags.

So easy and close to the theatre . Was not sure where the bags went but they were safe and sound on my return .

No problems, dropped off when we wanted too and no problems when picking up, will definitely use again

Very handy luggage storage, cases are hidden from the general public, and the shop is vv close to Leicester Square tube. It means you can pick up your suitcase and then proceed to the tube in about 1-2 minutes. Friendly staff member, in a sort of London gift shop, quite a few on this little street. I would recommend it definitely. Also great is the Monmouth coffee shop, which is where we were heading!
