We had a wonderful experience with Radical Storage and would recommend that others is it as well. Our Angel helped us immediately upon our arrival, was kind and attentive betting us set up and quickly retrieved our bags when we returned to pick them up. (We loved it so much we stayed at the restaurant when returning to retrieve our items) We are so thankful as this service is affordable and saved us both money and time in car service rides to leave our things at our airport hotel after departing a large rental home in the city in the morning. We enjoyed the city without the burden of our luggage or a worry about its security and checked in to our out of the way hotel after a day of exploring the city. Wishing you the best of luck with this business and will absolutely use it again!

It was my first time using this service and I was delighted to find it existed! I found out about it by an internet/google search for luggage storage lockers. This was because my brother-in-law needed somewhere to store his bags in the city before his evening flight, while we spent the day in the city having lunch with my family for my 40th wedding anniversary. We thought the rates were reasonable, and the location convenient, so we gave it a go. The service from the staff in Sydney, where our booking email told us to go, was very good. He was helpful in every way and cheerfully assisted to tag the 2 bags and give us a bag receipt. The bags were immediately then taken to the back room of the store, away from public access. Very professionally done and a pleasure to do business with. There were no issues collecting the bags later, my brother in law collected them happily on his own with the bag receipt, and continued on his journey home to Tokyo. Thanks for your help to help my wife and I celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary by taking care of one of those “little things” for us that could’ve become a whole other story of inconvenience should your service had not been so available and convenient and reasonably priced. My family and I are very seasoned and somewhat frequent international travellers, so we are very well aware of what good service is like, and what it’s like when things don’t go as well as planned. Your service met our needs and expectations perfectly in this respect, and took care of one of those little traveller’s problems for us with no fuss. I’d give this experience an A+ rating, if anyone was to ask, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others.

It went super smooth. We used two Radical Storages on a recent trip to San Francisco - I had no trouble dropping off my bags at either place. The guy at the counter was super friendly and he knew my name once I mentioned Radical Storage. Pick up was super easy there. I walked up to the counter and the guy there knew exactly who I was. He asked me a couple of times when I was going to pick up. When we came back, he was ready to help and we picked up our bags in a minute. I think your concept is solid and you solve a very specific problem. Not everyone stays in hotels that can store bags and sometimes you're in town for just a few hours and you don't need the hassle of carrying around a bag. I could see big cities like SF and NY being successful markets because a lot of people don't want to carry their bags around. I don't have any ideas for improvement right now.

I had a great experience with my first time using Radical Storage while in Rome, Italy. Provided me with a safe, convenient location to store my luggage which allowed me to enjoy my vacation. I will definitely being using this service again in the future.
