The location provided led to the wrong kiosk, which caused confusion. Customer service directed us to a second kiosk where we were able to leave our suitcase. Everything would have been perfect with clearer instructions.

Was at the Kiosk as specified but the Google maps pin is at wayward

Location is different from the map coordinates given. Had to use the name of the store to find the exact location on Google Maps instead.

Good service, directions on the booking sends you to the banking building at the other end of the street.

I would not recommend this storage place!! the worker/ assistent we interacted with was very rude. When we asked to add another luggage he prompted us to pay him in cash, instead of booking it through the app. that felt very shady, as the 2nd luggage had no insurance. Our picking up assistant was a different person but he did not check any of our documents or even our names. We could've easily been anyone. I don't recommend this place!!!
