No problem of any kind, fast check in fast check out, everything went smoothly

We had to work out where to store 2 suitcases for a week in order to travel with family in a single vehicle. We went online and found Radical Storage and decided to give it a try. From the online reservation process, to the drop-off, to the pick-up—everything was seamless and easy. Drop-off and pick-up were extremely fast and efficient. We weren’t sure how we would manage this part of our trip; now we know—Radical Storage!

With storage at the railway station no longer available, it was good to have an option at a nearby location. We were able to store our luggage there for a few hours to walk around the city a bit as our ferry arrived in the early morning, but our flight out of Aberdeen was much later in the day. My main critique is that it would be nice to have the name of the store and if the store could put some sort of sticker on their door to indicate they are part of this company's storage vendors. I was only given the address, so when we arrived, I wasn't sure if it was actually the right place because nothing about it indicated that it was--especially as it was a convenience store--and Radical Storage didn't give me the name of the company.
