This was my first experience with bag bnb. The guy at the desk was very kind. He ziptied my bag shut, provided me a plastic retrieval stub, and gave me some information on busses. He told me their opening and closing hours, and reminded me that I had the online booking reference. Upon pick up, I had to race there, as my class got out late. I arrived out of breath, only 10 minutes before their closing time. I apologized for arriving so late. It was the same guy, and he was again very kind, and calm. He helped me with bus information again. I think his service was outstanding and I would use it again.

They were extremely nice and I felt fine leaving my bags with them. Super efficient

It was easy to find and convenient. The staff was very helpful and I felt my luggage was safe.
