Very straightforward process with a very helpful member of staff who also was ‘front of house’ in a bike shop. The shop had all my details as I had made a pre-booking. Pick up was made easy even when the bike shop was closed as there was an arrangement with the cafe next door who had keys to the ‘secure’ room. Although the process was seamless there was a slight concern that I was not given a receipt for my belongings and therefore did not have a receipt to show when I collected my case. My identity was not challenged. There was therefore an opportunity that someone may take a case that was not theirs as proof did not seem to be required.
