没问题。接待我们的人面带微笑，办事效率很高。唯一的小问题（与接待服务无关）是地点有点难找（没有门牌号……）

Aucun problème. La personne qui nous a reçues était souriante, rapide. Petit souci (qui n est pas en relation avec l acceuil) un peu difficile à trouver (pas de numéro de rue....)

Super easy and fast drop off plus an easy walk to the train station. Pick up was equally easy. I highly recommend Radical Storage at the Hotel Boccaccio location.

这个地方有点难找。起初，我还以为那里有一个需要输入密码的寄存处，结果发现原来是餐厅本身提供寄存服务。不过，工作人员非常热心，我的行李也保管得很好！这真是一次很棒的体验。我绝对会推荐这里，而且价格非常实惠。

The place was a little bit hard to find. At first, I thought there was a storage facility with a pin code, but it turned out that the restaurant itself was the one providing the storage service. However, the staff were helpful, and my bags were kept safe! It was a really nice experience. I would definitely recommend it, and it was very affordable.

Very positive for a first time, location representative was very pleasant and reassured this service was safe and secured. Upon returning hours later the same representative was at the location and assisted with returning our baggage. Will use this service again in future visits.
