我问那额外的15欧元是干什么用的，他们说一个月后会退还给我，这根本说不通，结果我收到了不少钱。我再也不会用他们的服务了。

Staff was great as is not my first using the shop, Price is ok but security charge is high and when I asked was told I should not worry it will be refunded.When I asked on Radical website they said non refundable which for me is stealing and wrong information pass to customer ,because of this I can never use radical again.

寄存处还不错，接待我们的那位女士也很热心。当时没说清楚，那笔额外支付的费用——虽然被告知最后会退还——其实并不是真正的退款，而是直接记入我的账户，作为下次消费的折扣。当我去同一家店使用折扣时，发现店铺关门了，也没有关于重新开业时间的任何通知。还有其他预付了行李寄存费的顾客也到了，却因为店铺关门而无法寄存行李，这真的很不方便。我只好去了别的地方。

The storage place was ok and the woman who served us very helpful. It wasn't clear at the time that the extra payment, which we were told would be refunded at the end, wasn't a proper refund but only went into my account for a discount next time. When I went to use my discount at the same place, the shop was closed with no note about reopening time. Others arrived who had prepaid luggage storage but couldn't leave luggage because it was closed, so that was bad. I used another place.

Drop off and pick up were very easy. Very nice shop attendants.
