你好！非常感谢你们的服务，但觉得两件并不算大的行李收费有点贵。另外，他们没有提供任何标签贴在行李上以便识别或防盗，而是直接给行李拍照，这感觉有点奇怪。

Hi! Greatly appreciated the service, but did find it a bit expensive for 2 bags that weren't that large. Also, kind of strange that they didn't offer some sort of labels to attach to the bags for identification/security purposes - they took pictures of the bags instead.

We were very pleased with the storage near the train/bus station. A local helped us find it by street address. The keeper checked our reservation and photographed the bags. We returned a bit early and there were no issues with an earlier pick up.

Easy location near train and bus station in a convenience store that has other things travelers need. Nice people. Efficient process. If you need something from the suitcase during the storage time you can get it. Price was high but everything else was great.
