Storage location was convenient enough, booking was simple. Staff were friendly. However, I wouldn't book again due to safety aspect. Bags are tagged and then we were brought upstairs to drop them off. Room was full of other bags. Door could only be opened when the card was scanned. I asked if it's only staff that comes up and it was confirmed. However, when I came to collect my bag I was given the swipe card and was told to go upstairs to pick up the bag (myself). 網上預訂和付款都很方便。從我們的遊輪步行約 15 分鐘即可到達酒店，而且員工非常友善，樂於助人。行李寄存選項讓我們可以在白天遊覽的里雅斯特，晚上搭火車離開。

Was easy to make and pay for the reservation online. The location was about a 15 minute easy flat walk from our cruise ship and the staff were very nice and helpful. The luggage storage option allowed us to see Trieste throughout the day and leave via train in the evening.
