La reserva es súper sencilla y muy fiable. Nosotros reservamos el día anterior, el pago fue online súper sencillo y al llegar la chica ya nos tenía preparado la etiqueta para el equipaje. Se lo entregamos y cuando fuimos a recogerlo fue también muy sencillo y sin problemas. Sin duda lo recomiendo y repetiremos !

預訂很方便，因為時間還不確定，所以選擇了彈性方案。對方指示在交出行李前先拍張照片，取件時再出示照片。從外觀看來像是飯店裡一間奇怪的小房間，雖然我沒進去過，但行李都安全取回了，所以一切都好。其實離地鐵站只有一小段步行距離，和廣告上描述的有些出入。

Easy to book, chose flexible option as timings weren't certain. Instructed to take photo of bag before handing it over and showed the photo to collect. Odd little room in a hotel by the look of it, never went inside, but bags safely collected so all good. Actually a short walk from the tube station, not quite as advertised.

Used this storage as we were leaving SF for a few days and coming back after. It’s located in a bike shop right next to Marriott Union Square. It’s clean and owner is nice and it felt safe.
