Drop off and pick up were effortless and straightforward. The location is a very short walk from the station so it’s very handy. Staff in the office were great.

I was a little apprehensive about this when I booked, we usually use lockers to store luggage, but I couldn’t find any in Prato. We were very pleasantly surprised and certainly had no worries when we’d left our bags. The service was very friendly, check in was thorough (to protect both us and them), with photos taken and a form to fill in. I wanted to leave a review so others would feel comfortable using. No regrets and would recommend.
