Efficient and easy. You need to book online but you can do that when you're there. The Google maps shows the location on the main street but it's around 50m down the building, otherwise very easy process

We visited Pompeii on July 1, 2026. As others have mentioned the pin on Google Maps is close, but not exact. We opted not to store our bags at the train station. The train station is smaller and we saw people waiting to store bags, but it looked like mess. Exit the train platform, be prepared to carry your bags down a flight of stairs, go under the tracks and then climb the stairs. I eventually saw an elevator, but there was a long line. When leaving the train station ignore the people selling tickets and hang a left. It’s about a two minute walk and you’ll see Hotel Zeus. Look left and you’ll see the building in the attached picture. The parking attendant to the right will help you secure your bags. No issues or complaints with the storage process and was a great option instead of the train station storage.

The location is in a restaurant in Old Town so you don’t have access via taxi for drop off or pick up but it worked fine for us to spend the day in Kotor before retrieving the luggage in the late afternoon to take the ferry to Dubrovnik. It isn’t locked away but they seem to generally keep an eye on it.

Un servicio realmente excelente, fue fácil reservar el lock en internet y la chica fue muy amable y cordial. Es un servicio que recomiendo y tiene una ubicación excelente que nos permitió ir a la Plaza de España y a la Catedral sin tener que cargar con nuestro equipaje.

Het betreft een opslag bij een telefoonwinkel in een drukke winkelstraat in Calella Spanje. Ik werd geholpen door een goed Engels sprekende man die heel erg flexibel en behulpzaam was. Zeer aan te bevelen.
