My partner and I are traveling from the states and needed help with extra luggages from all the souvenir we bought to be transported near Narita Airport. At first, we had a hard time locating where the luggage storage area was but it’s actually a service provided by Yamato Transport! Reception/front desk is past the glass door on the right. One worker spoke minimal English while another used a translator device so booking was a breeze. Once we scanned the QR code to fill out our pickup/flight information, paid 5,409 yen for two heavy luggages, signed a confirmation form, and we were on our way. They were super helpful every step of the way to make sure we were at ease. Do keep in mind the maximum amount of bags you can provide are 6 due to the limited space they have. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend using this service again!

Finding a spot in Boston to stash my bag for a day and a half was incredibly easy through the site. The drop-off and pick-up were seamless, and I felt my belongings were totally secure. My only minor gripe was not being able to see exactly where the bags are kept beforehand, but overall, it’s a fantastic service that I’d definitely recommend to anyone wanting to explore hands-free!"

Die Koffer wurden in einem kleinen Café nah an Castello Ursino aufbewahrt. Es ging schnell, unkompliziert, freundliche Mitarbeiter, Abholung auch rasch. Preise gelten für den ganzen Tag. Der Ort ist super: fast im Zentrum Catanias, in der Nähe ist die Haltestelle Alibus zum Flughafen. Wir empfehlen!
