这次经历还不错，我放下行李后，朋友们顺利地帮我取回了行李。商店的工作人员并没有给我带来多少信心，因为他们似乎不知道该怎么做，而且还用我的手机拍了一张预订的照片，我不知道这是否允许。我也不确定照片保存得有多安全。我感到非常不安。该应用程序没有提供太多关于行李存放地点的信息。
An okay experience, I dropped off the luggage and it was collected by friends with no issue. The staff of the store did not instil much confidence in me, as they didn't seem to know what to do and they took a photo of the booking on my phone which I'm not sure is allowed. I'm not sure how securely it was stored either. I was left pretty apprehensive. The app does not give you much information about the location you're leaving your luggage.
