Very kind owner, everything went well, the Shop could be a bit cleaner though, but with the luggage everything was good. Just know the owner speaks only a bit English or Italian, he scans your booking code to Check-in your luggage, and takes a Photo of your bags. Unfortunately radical Storage does not send you a check-in confirmation- you can ask for it via their Chat Bot. They send you a screen shot from their system. For me this is a missing part in the process: you basically have no official confirmation in you booking with radical storage, that you left your luggage at the booked place. The chat bot 🤖 is not interested in process improvements;).
