Excellent customer service from deposit to collection. Security confidence high. Location very close to station with rail links on Palermo Centrale and Airport line. Account registering and App was straight forward. The gentleman who assisted was polite, helpful and efficient.My storage needs for 1 day at good price but no other rate choices available if multiple days required. Insurance appeared to be optional but actually was compulsory, so extra fee added before payment.
