Bien Mais on ne m’a rien scanne - l’accueil le matin ne parlait quasiment pas français - j’avoue que j’ai eu un peu peur de ne pas retrouver ma valise au retour mais tout s’est bien passé.

The basic service was provided, i.e., the luggage was stored and returned intact. However, the service is a little strange. When we came to drop off the luggage, the host told us to go out and come back in 5 minutes because he needed to finish writing in the hotel books (sic!). We waited, and 5 minutes later the guy spent just 15 seconds on us, without checking any QR codes or anything. This leads to the second remark - anybody could drop off or pick up any luggage; no tags or anything, just pure declaration and hope that bags aren't mixed up.
