central station 行李寄存

The first baggage drop off was closed when we arrived. However I used the chat function in the app and this was very quickly and thoroughly resolved to a new place 5 mins walk away which was great. The new baggage drop off was above a phone shop in a small kitchen. No issue with the place and the staff in the shop were lovely but the staircase you had to climb to get to the room was so narrow it was dangerous to carry a large suitcase up. Def need client warnings in facilities.

He seems to be along with the manuals properly, so feeling secure.

The location is good, close to Centraal Station, but the shop owner was not very friendly.
