我们是在网上预订的，起初很难找到这家店，因为店招牌上并没有写“Radical Luggage”，他们用别的名字来称呼，但我记不清了——抱歉。不过一旦找到后，服务非常便捷且专业：工作人员扫描了我们的二维码，然后收下了我们的行李。取件时扫描了我们的二维码，就把行李还给我们了！……效率很高，全程顺畅无阻！！…… 体验非常好。我会推荐这家店。

We booked online, was difficult to find as they dont have 'Radical Luggage' on the as the shop sign, they called it something else that i cant remember- sorry. However once we found it, the service was easy and professional scanned our QR code, took our bags. On collection scanned our QR Code and returned our bags!.. efficient no hiccup!!.. Was very good. I would recommend it.
