Overall it’s an easy and straightforward process. The location is perfect and the staff was quick and friendly. What totally surprised us was that there was no RS branding (it’s a packages delivery office), so we kind of figured out on our own where we had to enter, and our bags were not stored in lockers as advertised, but rather we had to leave them on the floor next to their reception desk and this is where we picked them up from afterwards. It would have been helpful if this was all mentioned during the booking process just as a heads up. Nothing was missing from our luggage, but it was just a weird feeling that we paid for something that was quite misleading.
