Have to carry the luggage on stairs to next floor

Da' Rafaelle Pizza was our luggage drop off location in Zurich, Switzerland. Convenient to the main train station, Rafaella the owner greeted us, carried the luggage up the flight of stairs, and efficiently handled our transaction. We stored our luggage on a weekday afternoon into early evening. It was all very easy. This was our first time temporarily storing luggage and the process went much better than ever expected! The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good option to store you luggage. It needs to be self dragged upstairs however, as there is no lift. And opens a little late, by 11 AM.
