There was a slight challenge upon arrival, the website had said I only needed to show this odd square barcode type thing so I took a screenshot of it, but at the location they said they needed to see the actual email, which meant having to get the laptop out at the store to do that... but once it was done it was a great relief to have somewhere safe to leave the bags when you have to check out of your room 7 hours before the flight check-in! I got to enjoy a great and relaxing last day at the beach thanks to these guys. Really helpful friendly staff, would definitely go again. So just make sure to take a screenshot of the entire email before you get there, it'll be much easier!

Booking and pricing was great. The staff at the location was very confused about how to scan the QR code and seemed very caught off guard by how to handle the whole process. Our backpacks were placed on a shelf that was fully exposed to whatever traffic came through the store, so they were not secure from someone just taking them off the shelf and walking out with them when the one store employee was busy/not paying attention.
