Overall I had a positive first experience with this service here. There was a small snafu with the staff member taking photos of our bags (they photographed someone else's bag and couldn't remove it to add other pictures). That had me rather concerned but it worked out in the end. Staff could prevent this in the future by making sure to verbally verify with their customer which pieces they are checking in before proceeding with steps in their app.
