We used this location two times on a recent trip (on the day we arrived and day we left). Drop off was quick and easy, and staff were very friendly. The location near Penn Station worked great for our travel plans. Would definitely use again!

Great service easy to find very close to Penn station

Fantastic option for travelers & close to ???? PENN NYC. I was a little sketch that there was no identification anywhere in or in front of the store that it was a Radical Storage site. The gal working the store also seemed like she may not have actually worked there, or knew about the store being a Radical Storage facility. However, I took a lot of photos and held my breath and turned over my bags, and everything was fine, and she was still there when I picked them up.

Storage location one block from penn station, ideal for us. Online booking was ok, but address not known till after payment. Price was good for a day,however we only used service for 5 hours. Staff were indifferent,
