Thanks so much. My luggage was well looked after. The only thing I would say is that it would be good to have a tag reference on the luggage. On my return to pick up the luggage I was able to go in without showing a reference and just pick any luggage without the receptionist checking any details.

ホテルの2階で預けました(階段なし)。スタッフの方は親切で、安心感がありました。

良い対応でした。ただ、2階にあるため、荷物を運ぶのが大変でした。

First time experience went great,

I was disconcerted that my bag was left in the reception area with other bags and no labels to know whose bag was whose. I just trusted the guy who said he remembered...When I went to collect, it was a different guy on reception and I just asked for "the rucksack" and he gave me mine. Makes me think I could have got someone else´s bag. I guess you just have to trust! Which I did and it worked!

Easy drop off although there was a flight of stairs but the attendant helped us with our bags. Great location.
