Its fine.. just we maybe didnt read it properly. It says it will confirm location when paid for and it was a couple blocks away from where we asked. Would of been nice to know

通往大楼的楼梯台阶较少。若你身材娇小或拖着沉重的行李箱🧳，请务必小心。不过工作人员非常友善，行李在32小时内都得到妥善保管。下次入住时务必再次选择这里，并请那位小伙子帮忙搬运行李上下楼梯。

there are few stair going into the building . So if you’re short and petite or have a heavy suitcase 🧳 then be careful. But staff were vy friendly and bad was well looked after for 32hrs. Def use again and ask the guy for help with suitcase up and down the stairs

一切都按部就班地进行着。不过，在我提取行李之前，我确实收到了一份关于行李提取过程的审查请求。要不是我已经习惯了这种不称职的做法，我还真有点担心。

Everything went like clockwork. I did though receive a request for a review of how my bag pick up went well begore I'd picked up my bags. If i wasn't used to this kind of incompetence it would have caused some concern.

服务非常友好、高效。行李得到了很好的照顾！需要注意的是，在酒店内有一小段台阶通往前台，因此不适合行李很重的人或行动不便的人。

Very friendly and efficient service. Luggage was well looked after! Note there is a short flight of steps within the premises to get to the front desk, so it's not suitable for those with very heavy bags or for the less mobile
