Easy directions and safe storage

while everything ended up going fine, when I dropped of the small bag, the man working in the shop seemed confused about the entire process and made me feel like I was at the wrong address/that they were not a storage place. It was all a bit confusing and I have never had that experience when storing luggage before. He also pushed back against me storing overnight and flexibility in pick up which was explicitly what I was looking for. He placed the bag on the lowest grocery shelf felt not safe

Super easy and convenient, the owners are very nice and helpful people.

It was ok, but just stored on shop floor so didn’t feel that secure! However it was easy to access and our luggage was fine when we collected it and the price was reasonable.
