Guy at check out desk mis-read my paperwork saying I had made a booking for previous day, and he took my printed email. I asked look what shall I do, pay again? And he said it's Ok you can leave your stuff - I replied I'll be 2 hours - thinking I don't want to make a nuisance. Later I realised, it was them who'd got the booking date wrong. I made a complaint to radical storage as they had taken my printed email booking with my personal details. I could have kept my bag there. Trust but check!

Easy to find, quick and simple. The bags are stored away from the customers in a secure location. As the other reviews mentioned, you are asked to take a photo of your bag but imo this is more efficient as you show the staff the picture at pick up and you're sure no one else will mistakenly take your bag.

The service is great if you need to spend the day in London lighter and backpack free. The place is central and safe. The girl was super nice, although the man who was there when we come back was really unfriendly. Overall that was top!!

Perfect location. No security system. Neutral as staff interaction. I woulld have been better to see the location prior to booking.
