I am very pleased with this luggage storage near London Train Station. The location was incredibly easy to find, and the staff interaction was very helpful and professional. This was my first time using this service. The website application is very easy to use and I found the location conveniently. There is a small sign on the frontage of the shop so I knew I was in the right place. I asked The staff member behind the counter and they acknowledged I was in the right place. They checked over my details on my phone. We both took a photo of my luggage and then they took it off to be secured. After a few hours, I came back within my allotted time and collected the bag nice and easy. It had been taken care of, and there wasn’t anything missing or damaged. 100% would use again.
