I used this LHR storage recently. Logistics-wise, it’s great – easy booking and a super convenient spot. Prices are standard for an airport. However, the staff were incredibly unwelcoming. It felt like I was forcing them to do their jobs, and they clearly didn't want to be there. Total 'service with a scowl' vibe. My bags were safe and the process worked, so it’s fine for utility, but the customer service needs a major attitude adjustment.
