很容易找到，工作人员很友好。当天晚些时候行李被取走，一切都很顺利。

Easy enough to find, staff friendly. Luggage picked up later that day with no problems.

工作人员非常棒，也很乐于助人。整个过程非常简单。价格也很合理。我只是觉得，他们应该给我们开一张收据，证明我们已将行李寄存在店里。目前我们只能拍张照片留存。不过总体来说，这是一次不错的体验。

The staff was great and helpful . It was very easy . The price was fair. I just think that we should be given a receipt saying that we have left the luggage in the store . As it is we only take a photo. But it was a good experience.

这是我第一次使用这种服务，原本不太确定会是什么样子。结果还行。看到行李箱就堆在一家小礼品店里，离门口只有几步之遥，这让我有点意外。我觉得这地方不太安全。工作人员还行。取件凭证就是让我出示寄件时按要求拍的照片——本以为安全措施会更严密些。

This was the 1st time I had ever used this type of service. Wasn’t sure what to expect. It was ok. Was surprised to see that the bags were just piled up a couple of steps in a tiny gift shop. I didn’t feel this was particularly secure. Staff were ok. Proof of collection was to show the picture they asked me to take as I dropped my case off- thought it would be more security conscious.
