使用方便，服务周到，距离滑铁卢车站很近，交通十分便利。我唯一的批评是，他们的收费标准从2件行李起算，如果只托运一件行李，价格并不会更便宜。

Easy to use, friendly service, conveniently close to Waterloo station. My only criticism is that their pricing starts from 2 bags and it's not cheaper just to leave one.

The location was great as I was leaving from Waterloo station. Everything was fine, I was just a bit disappointed that there wasn't an option to leave only one bag at a lower price, the booking form only lets you book 2 or more. I just left my one bag of course, but felt it should have been cheaper.

Safe and secure. Right in the corner of the station. Perfectly easy to find. Just look on the big sign on exit from the underground for'left luggage'. Easy.

Easy to use app, location was close to Waterloo Station and very good price. Definitely use again in the future.
