Excellent service. I had to cancel my original booking due to a change in travel arrangements and received my refund the same day. Re-booked the following day in a different city but made a mistake in the booking but only realised after I received an email from Radical saying how was your storage. Emailed their customer service and they sent me a promo code so I could re-book for the correct day. Excellent customer.

Little newsagent inside the train station, perfect location. Really easy drop off showing chap email and qr code. Pick up was just as easy, just handed over the slip we'd been given at drop off. Thoroughly recommend.
