SCAM. Absolutely awful service. They charged me €41 and then never sent the code or even a confirmation of my purchase. I’ve been trying to contact them for almost a week with no success. There’s no proper customer service phone number — the only number they provide is a UK number with an automated message telling you to contact them by email. Their so-called live chat doesn’t work either, and despite contacting them by email, I’ve received no response whatsoever. They have my money, I have no service, and I’m still waiting for my refund with no explanation or indication of when it will be resolved. There are plenty of other companies offering the same service. I strongly recommend using one of them instead. Avoid this company — taking payment and then providing virtually no customer support is unacceptable.
