El servicio fue muy eficiente y amable, el lugar está en un calle de fácil acceso hacia la estación de tren. El encargado nos atendió muy rápido y bien.

Exactly what we needed - a secure place near the Gare Central/Reims to hold our bags until our departure. The shop associate took extra care to explain the security measures they take, and that a different associate would be there for our scheduled pick up to anticipate any concerns might have had.

The storage is great! We needed to drop off the luggage just for couple of hours before our train, this one was perfect in terms of location and working hours (many of storages are closed for lunch, this one, too, but opens earlier). We were explained how it works and what we need to do. The place is safe as it has several CCTVs and the luggage is actually stored at the area where the staff member only has access (also with cctv). FYI: the storage is located in Relax shop.
