Very simple and easy drop off process. Was a little concerned at first given the shop was closing earlier than expected, but my angel gave their cell number to call when ready and pick up was just fine. This was my second time using this service, and would definitely use it again, and recommend to anyone needing a place to store luggage for a period of time.

Quick and easy

We checked out of our AirBnB on a Tuesday morning and needed a place to store our bags for the afternoon. We were able to bus to this location, drop off bags, take a bikeshare up to Golden Gate, catch a bus back to the business and Uber to the airport all in a matter of 4 hours. Very convenient!

This was a very useful service for us but the site we used said the bags would be locked away and they were just put behind the counter in the shop. This therefore needs changing on the website so that people are not misled around the security of their belongings. The person who served us also had no intention of giving us a receipt for our bags and seemed genuinely surprised when I insisted on one. I think the process needs improving and formalising across all "angels".

Bag host was familiar with the process and very courteous. Filled out a sheet and was done for the day. I only wish there were more hosts in San Francisco!
