Was a little nervous leaving our belongings here at first, but the door was locked and only accessible by an employee. The man, who worked at the convenience store it's in, was nice as well. We just needed to show our barcode and we were able to bring back our items on our own. When we came to pick them up, we just walked back in. Everything was safe in our bags!

I won't lie, this place seemed shady in appearance. But it was recommended to us and the reviews were good. We had no issues at all! We were greeted kindly, and rolled 8 pieces of luggage into the back storage room. There were already a couple pieces of luggage there. We went back once to retrieve an item, and then spent the day exploring Boston, luggage-free.

Time I've ever used the service didn't even know it existed it was great the place was clean it was extremely convenient to where I was and the gentleman behind the counter was nice and again no issues at all very friendly when I returned there were other bags in there but again mine was exactly where they were everything was great it would definitely use the service again and in another area Good thing I found it didn't even know this existed and I've told other people about it since.

Luggage is kept in a back room out of public sight. However, QR codes are not scanned and there is no procedure other than hoping people act in good faith that keeps someone else with luggage back there from taking yours.
