The online booking was fairly straightforward. Quite expensive, with hidden extra costs as well. It wasn’t easy to find location as it wasn’t clear where the newsagent was. The staff behaved in a quite dodgy way, to the point that I was worried about leaving my belongings there.
Collection was ok, although to start with the member of staff dealing with us told us we were in the wrong place (which of course we were not),
